User Guide for Update Payment Method

Do you want to change your Payment method for MyFamily Google Play Subscription?

If you are currently having Google Play Subscription for MyFamily and want to change/add another subscription method in Google Play, please follow the below mentioned instructions.

Instructions:
  1. 1Open “Play Store” application in your mobile
  2. 2On the top right corner, click on Profile Icon
  3. 3Tap on “Payments & Subscriptions” and then on “Subscriptions”
  4. 4Select “MyFamily Subscription”
  5. 5Tap on “Update” button
  6. 6Now continue with adding a New Subscription Method

Subscriptions may be cancelled due to insufficient funds or payment declines. To overcome this, please add an alternative payment method or setup your subscription again.
