Summary: UnfoldLabs LLC is looking for
a Full Time Senior Android Developer ---- with at least
5 years of experience with demonstrated experience
designing and implementing enterprise scale mobile
solutions. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic
vision and solid execution skills to create native
applications for mobile devices.
Roles and Responsibilities

Design and develop native mobile applications for
Android
- Integrate mobile apps with RESTful web services
-
Work with UX Designers, Mobile Architects and other
Developers to build enterprise mobile solutions
-
Work as part of an agile team on leading edge
technologies
- Demonstrated expertise with the Android SDK
-
Experience using RESTful APIs to integrate mobile
applications to server side systems
-
Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript a
plus
-
Good understanding of software development best
practices
- Experience working in an agile environment
-
Working knowledge of SCM with strong emphasis on Git
and proper Git Flow
-
Must reference at least one application you
developed that is available today
-
Ability to work with teams and in a "multi-tasking"
environment

Provide documentation for design documents,
operations manuals, and solutions in the life cycle
of a project.

Willingness to travel for projects and attend
various training sessions
Qualifications
-
5+ years' experience developing applications
software
-
Excellent working knowledge of an objective oriented
language (Java, C++, Objective-C, C#, or similar) -
including 3+ years Java
- Experience building and shipping apps.

Understanding of native, hybrid and native Android
tradeoffs. Solid Java experience

Have experience in building mobile SDK and
interacting with Restful APIs

A great sense of design and a passion to build great
UX/UI

Knowledge of both front-end / UI design and backend
design

Passion to build software products that have direct
impact on people health
- Backend development experience

Experience Java, Mobile, and Mobile Application
Design, Mobile Platform, Android, Mobile
Development, Mobile Application Development, and
Mobile Platforms: Android OS

Strong familiarity with Android SDK and Android
development platforms

Experience in all stages of the SDLC including
design, implementation, testing, and release
- Solid Java and OOP experience

Ability to write large-scale, extensible and
reusable components based on specifications
- Through knowledge of Restful APIs

Good communicator and team player with strong
organizational skills

Ability to be proactive, find solutions and meet
deadlines

A good sense of humor and a passion for technology
Education / Experience
-
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BA) from a
four-year college or university in linguistics or
related areas; a minimum of three years of work
experience in a customer facing position in the
consulting world.
